Information Specific to Property Owners:
Property Owners will receive information that is confidential to property owners through their access in Appfolio. For example, applications for review and approval by the Acrchitecture Committee will be submitted through Appfolio forms and instructions. Your account for annual dues will be represented there as well. Each property owner will have a login to Appfolio, accessible at https://summithoaservices.appfolio.com/users/sign_in
