Property Owners will receive information that is confidential to property owners through their access in Vantaca. For example, applications for review and approval by the Architectural Committee will be submitted through Vantaca forms and instructions. Your account for annual dues will be represented there as well. Each property owner will have a login to Vantaca, accessible at https://home.summithoaservices.com/login
